The owner and the chef Dong Zhengxiang try to develop the reputation of this restaurant and today, this is the best restaurant in Beijing. The roast duck is the best option for dining, because the food is wonderful and the duck is soft and crisp. The place is great, the service is good, but a bit slowly and the lighting is perfect.

The Peking Duck Private Kitchen is one of the well-known restaurants in Beijing. The duck is the best here but the other dishes are good too. The vegetables are fresh, the service is great and the sauce is tasty. If you want to taste it you must make a reservation, because it is very busy. It’s a bit hard to find but you can ask local people or before your traveling search on the google map.
